Managers convert goals into action

“In concrete terms, what would you like your leadership to be like at the end of this programme?” “How do you get in your own way?” “What will you do with the insights you have gained into yourself and your leadership? ̶ These are some of the questions posed to managers when they were coached. They are enrolled in a longer leadership development programme, and through the training, which includes individual coaching sessions, they will be putting what they have learned into action. They set their own goals for what they want to achieve, and through regular coaching sessions they are challenged and supported on their journey there.
