Managers challenged to think in new ways
A group of managers have had individual coaching sessions with Kull Leadership’s coaches. Some of the questions posed to them included: What do you gain by doing what you do, i.e. continuing with your current behaviour even though you say that you want to change it? This is a question that gives rise to a great deal of reflection. A common first reaction is “Nothing!” After a few follow-up questions, the person being coached dares to start thinking in new ways and finds new strategies to get past obstacles that stand in the way of them becoming the leaders they truly want to be.
