Management team sees the potential for change
A management team has just embarked on the leadership development programme Courageous Leaders, and has already discovered how much they are able to influence their results. This includes changing strategy when they feel vulnerable. It’s easy to fall into the roles of “critic,” “demander,” and “denier” instead of engaging in a warm, committed and open conversation that moves the organisation forward. They have started their evolution, both as a team and as individuals. The team has an extensive field of responsibility, and individual accountability is already on the rise.
