Leaders receive new tools to support their team in the change process

A group of managers has freshened up their courageous leadership, by gaining greater insight into what happens to people when change occurs. They have tied their own leadership into a clear model of explanation called The Four Rooms of Change®. They were given a full day to explore and make direct use of what they had learned by analysing their own team (In what room does the team find itself?), individuals on the team (Are individuals on the team in different rooms?) and what they as leaders can do to support their team in the change process.
