High potentials challenge their comfort zone
From Tuesday to Friday, a group of high potentials began their journey to becoming courageous leaders. Some of the skills they were given the opportunity to practice included feedback, coaching, boundary-setting, and inspirational speech. Because participants come from different parts of Europe, the leadership development programme is in English. Many of them challenged their comfort zone in this module, for example, by being open, reflective, and by communicating their words of inspiration in a foreign language.
