Management team meets their fears
A management team in Halland was able to dive deeply into themselves as leaders and human beings. Their three-day journey included exploration of what types of situations make them afraid of being ignored, rejected or humiliated. They also experienced which defence strategies they use when they are afraid and how this affects their leadership. During the training we heard much laughter as participants recognised themselves, and also saw all participants deeply touched on different occasions. This was the first part of a management development programme that extends over a half year.
