High-potentials appreciate practical exercises
A group of high-potentials from all over Europe spent four intensive days practicing becoming the leaders they truly want to be. That there was so much practical training was deeply appreciated. For example: Sit in pairs, practice setting a boundary, get feedback from each other, practice again. Dare to make mistakes. Challenge your comfort zone. Participants are from the same multinational company. Most of them met each other for the first time during this management development programme which runs six months in total.
