Creating a ‘we’

A mix of long-time employees and new employees have merged into a new team. New employees were hired; others had left. Now, they’ve started their journey towards becoming a courageous team. The purpose is to create a WE, built on trust and confidence within the team. And that each individual team member has a sense of personal responsibility. One focus of this team process is to find common ground in order to move the business forward with a new vision and strategy.
