A courageous team is one dedicated to doing what it should. One where members openly and honestly talk about what they need to talk about and make the decisions they need to make.
In our programme Courageous Team, we work with openness, trust and the ability to hold each other accountable. The team is given the opportunity to explore their current work practices and relationships. Thus, potential conflicts of interest become visible, as does the gap between how the team wants to work and how it actually works.
Creating a strong team atmosphere requires courage and taking responsibility for oneself and the team. That’s why the programme includes an exploration of self at the level of the individual.
At Kull Leadership, we work in line with The Human Element by Will Schultz, the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Good To Great by Jim Collins.
